Dear Goodwill Supporter,

We hope you had a good weekend and are staying safe. As you know, with Governor Hogan’s “Stay-at-Home” order, all Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. retail stores, administrative offices and workforce development sites will continue to remain closed until further notice. We will let you know as soon as we are able to open and continue our operations.

Due to COVID-19, businesses have been forced to close leaving many individuals out of employment. Many of the individuals we serve have been affected. These are individuals who already faced an uphill battle in finding a job and supporting their families. We are still focused on our mission and preparing to provide support for those who need it the most. Our community will need our services more than ever when we reopen.

With our stores closed, we have lost the revenue that funds our programs. With the need greater than ever, we ask that you consider a financial donation. Your donation has an immediate, positive impact for us. If you have the ability to donate, we have included a button below for you to do so.

Any support you provide effort will help us maintain our services and help those in need.

We’ve been inspired by how communities are coming together during these uncertain times, and we’re so grateful for your support no matter how you help!

With Appreciation,

Lisa Rusyniak
President & CEO
