The Coppin State Child Development Center operated by Goodwill are federally funded program for children from birth to 36 months. The center provides comprehensive individualized early education experiences to enhance children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Pre-natal support and education are also provided. The program strives to enable parents to be the best caregivers and teachers for their children, as well as assist parents with meeting their own goals.
Eligibility: Baltimore City residents with children aged six weeks to three years who receive SNAP benefits and meet the criteria for being at or below the poverty line.
