The Dukeland Early Head Start Center operated by Goodwill is a federally funded program for children from six weeks to 36 months. The center provides comprehensive individualized early education experiences to enhance children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Pre-natal support and education are also provided. The program strives to enable parents to be the best caregivers and teachers for their children, as well as assist parents with meeting their own goals.

This center is located in the Panway/Braddish community of West Baltimore.

The program is a Childcare Scholarship Program; household members 18 years or older must work or attend school full-time (30+ hours per week) to qualify.
