* Effective Sunday, June 1st, 2025, all returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns for clothing and electronic items (including new goods and donated items), provided the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased from a Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake Retail Store,
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date,
- The item must have the original Goodwill tags attached, and
- The original receipt must accompany the merchandise being returned.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear, regardless of whether they are new or donated items.
