In partnership with Community College of Baltimore County, Goodwill offers a twelve-week intensive program where individuals can obtain their Certified Property Maintenance Technician Certificate, as well as their EPA 608 Type 1 certification, OSHA 10 certification, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification. This career advancement opportunity requires in-person attendance three times a week. The in-class time for this course totals 100 hours and will include both traditional classroom and hands-on learning.
Daytime and evening cohorts are available, but do not run simultaneously. Day classes are from 1pm–4pm and evening classes from 6pm–9pm.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED Preferred
• Achieve a qualifying score on The Adult Basic Education (TABE) assessment.
*Note: This program is background friendly. Training applicants must achieve a qualifying score on The Adult Basic Education (TABE) assessment.
