Adult Education in Baltimore City!

Since opening in September 2023, The Excel Center has continued to gain the attention and the support of the Community! This tuition free, public high school for adults, 21 years of age and older is centrally located in Baltimore City (222 E. Redwood Street).

The first graduating class of 19 individuals received their diplomas in September of 2024.

The Excel Center offers flexible class schedules, an accelerated competency based high school curriculum with embedded job training, coaching designed to help students manage work, life and family, on-site childcare, transportation assistance, and more!

There are 5 class terms each year with each term being 8 weeks long. Students work at their own pace and can complete the requirements in 18 months or as little as 8 weeks. The school can accommodate 150 students a term with plans to expand to 350 students in the future.
