At Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our community, and we wanted to share an important update to our return policy with you.
Here’s what’s changing:
- Starting June 1st, all returns will now be refunded in the form of a Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. gift card.
What’s staying the same:
- Items can still be returned within 7 days with the original receipt and tags attached.
- Returns are valid for clothing and electronics only.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and lingerie remain non-returnable.
This change allows us to ensure that your in-store credit can be conveniently used for future purchases while continuing to offer quality, affordable items to our entire community.
