Andre was a single dad on his own. He wasn’t sure of his ability to handle one and a half year old twins. With concerns about developmental issues in the children, he enrolled in the Waverly Early Head Start Center of Goodwill. The Center provides early childhood assistance, childcare, family stability and employment readiness programs.
Andre has started to set goals for himself and his family and has become an advocate for his children’s growth and development. He often speaks to other families to encourage their participation with the Center and to overcome any difficulties. Andre is currently working towards becoming employed with the help of the Center.
