These centers, located at 2707 Sethlow Road and 1803 N Dukeland Street, are here to support parents and children during their most critical years of growth and development.

- 2707 Sethlow Road, Baltimore, MD
Families with children aged six weeks to 36 months in neighborhoods like Cherry Hill, Brooklyn, and surrounding areas can benefit from individualized early education experiences.
- 1803 N Dukeland Street, Baltimore, MD
Operated as part of the Childcare Scholarship Program, this center is available for families where members over 18 work or attend school full-time (30+ hours/week).
Providing Support Beyond Education

Are You Eligible?
Wondering if you qualify? Here’s the breakdown for each center:
- Sethlow Road Location- Parents living in Cherry Hill, Brooklyn, Glen Burnie, Mount Winans, and nearby neighborhoods are eligible if they have children between six weeks and 36 months of age.
- Dukeland Street Location- This Childcare Scholarship Program requires household members aged 18+ to be working or attending school for at least 30 hours per week.
- Coppin or Waverly Locations- Parents are eligible if they have children between six weeks and 36 months of age.
